DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes! At checkout, there is a shipping option for you regardless of your location - but keep in mind that rates & delivery times may vary. At this time, I offer tracked and untracked shipping outside of Canada. Once your parcel has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

CAN I HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN?

CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP?

Yes, if you are local to the Greater Vancouver Area, I do offer pickups at my home in Burnaby. Use the coupon code LOCALPICKUP at checkout and then send me a message via Instagram or on the website to arrange your pickup time. All pickups are COVID safe and contactless.

I HAVE A QUESTION/ISSUE WITH AN ORDER

WHAT DOES "BUILD MY BOX" MEAN?

 

The "BUILD MY BOX" shipping option means that I will keep your items until you are ready to ship. This means you can combine multiple orders into one package, and save on shipping fees by only paying them once. 

Payment plans are available to customers making orders valued at $200 and above. If you require a payment plan, please DM me on instagram to arrange it. Payment plans must be paid off within one month, and the payments are non refundable.
