"Ma in her kerchief, and I in my cap, had just settled down for a long winter's nap..."

Sending you all the warmth and relaxation you need for the end of this month, friends! Long Winters Nap is a candle set that exudes all the self-care and recharging you're going to need after the holidays begin to wind down.

A rose coloured candle with catmint to bring sweetness and relaxation, a cream candle with strawflower for warmth and ease, and a howlite tumble to lull you to sleep.

I hope that you have been having the most marvellous December!

Wishing you the warmest of holiday seasons, sending you hugs and love.

Something slightly different for this month’s candles, dipped beeswax!

My normal way of making candles is hand-rolling them, but I’ve been recently inspired by old photographs of women like Tasha Tudor surrounded by tons and tons of dipped candles.

It just reminds me of the beauty of a simpler time, the slow and repeated dipping of candle in wax to gradually build up the shape and size.

Dipped beeswax candles have an irregular and natural look, which I really love. It gives me major warm Christmas cottagecore vibes.

Rustic Yule is a pair of hand-dipped beeswax candles with peppermint and mistletoe to attract luck, love, and warm relationships to your Yuletide season.

I’ve paired these with a cleansing and protective selenite to help you recharge on the quiet winter evenings.

These have a lovely long burn time and I hope you like them!

It's nearing the end of October (didn't it just fly by??), and I'm thinking of all things cozy and warm as we enter the darkest half of the year.

The sun goes down early now, and I'm drawn to my altar and candles more than ever.

I think if there is one thing we could all use this time of year, it's some luck and resilience. I made Lucky Streak to call in wealth, health, and good fortune for you all.

Green, shimmery mica coated candles with fireweed and cornflowers to draw money, opportunities, and good luck. May we all grow through times of difficulty like the strong, resilient fireweed. May we spread our joy far and wide, even in uncommon places like the cornflower.

Wishing you a lucky lucky lucky month.
